1. Transport Costs And Delivery From Our Warehouses In Gurugram

We provide free shipping across India on all orders above 500 rupees. For orders below 500 rupees, standard delivery charges apply. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 business days across India.

2. Shipment

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of validation. Once dispatched, customers receive a confirmation via text message with tracking information.

3. Delivery Attempts

Our designated carrier will attempt delivery up to three times, based on the destination state, to the address provided by the customer at the time of order confirmation. If the recipient is unavailable despite multiple attempts, the carrier will leave a call-back card, allowing the customer to collect their order at a designated location. The retention period may vary depending on the location, and it is the customer's responsibility to collect their package on time.

4. Product Availability

Only products in stock can be added to the cart and ordered. In the rare event that an item is unavailable due to a stock error, we will inform the customer promptly. They may then choose between a full refund or an exchange for a product of equal value.

5. Returns And Cancellations

5.1. Defective or Incorrect Products
If products are received in a defective condition or do not match the order, the customer must notify us within 5 days of receipt via email at info@qntsport.in or through our website's contact page at www.qntsport.in. If a return is approved, QNT will cover the shipping costs and offer either a refund or a replacement.

5.2. Cancellation by Customer
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of delivery. To initiate this, the customer must contact us within this timeframe. For returns made independently, transportation costs are non-refundable.

5.3. Product Condition for Returns
Only products returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened, undamaged, and unsoiled, will qualify for a refund or exchange. Items that are opened, damaged, or used will not be eligible for a return.

5.4. Cancellation by QNT
QNT reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, without needing to provide a reason. Reasons for cancellation may include product unavailability or quantity limitations. The customer agrees not to dispute QNT’s decision regarding cancellations.

5.5. Order Cancellation Requests by Customer
QNT may accept or reject customer requests for order cancellations at its discretion. If a cancellation request is made before order processing, QNT will cancel the order and issue a full refund within a reasonable timeframe.
