
Protein Pancakes

- 2 g Yolks
- 2 g White
- 1 tbsp. Milk
- 33 g Soft flour
- 0.5 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 23 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp. QNT Waffles Protein (white chocolate)
Preparation
Step 1: Separate the egg whites and egg yolks into 2 bowls.
Step 2: In the bowl with the egg yolk, beat together the milk, flour, QNT waffle mix, baking powder and vanilla extract.
Step 3: Mix it well and make sure it is lump-free.
Step 4: In the bowl with egg whites, slowly add sugar (or other sweetener of choice). Beat well.
Step 5: Scoop out half of the egg whites and mix into the egg yolk mixture. Beat quickly.
Step 6: Slowly add the rest of the egg whites to the mixture. Mix slowly. Don't over mix or it will be too runny and won't hold its shape while baking.
Step 7: Spoon the mixture into a well-sprayed pancake pan and make pancakes of equal size. Cover with a lid and cook slowly.
Step 8: Enjoy your meal!
