PROTEIN TIRAMISU WITH SPRING SPECULAAS
This German style tiramisu reminds me of my travels to Germany. It differs from the basic recipe in that it tastes delicious and light. Everyone who tries it wants more.

| 30 Minutes | SIMPLE |
for 1 person
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 20g Delicious Whey Protein - Vanilla
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 250 g low-fat cheese
- 100 g white or brown sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 300 ml speculaas (or more if needed)
- 400 g frozen wild berries
Preparation
Step 1: Beat the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar until thick.
Mix the mascarpone with the cheese, egg white and sugar.
Step 2: Put in the bowl:
- A layer of speculaas.
- Half of the cream.
- Another layer of speculaas.
- Forest fruits.
- The other half of the cream.
- A layer of speculaas.
