Homemade Protein Chocolate

A great opportunity (and excuse) to indulge in this tender treat we love so much. With our protein recipe, you’ll love it even more! This way, you can celebrate this unique day to the fullest while keeping things to a minimum.

for 1 person
- 32 g Virgin coconut oil
- 20 g Light Digest Whey protein (Hazelnut-chocolate)
- 32 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. Sugar-free natural maple syrup
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- (32 g = 1/4 cup)
Preparation
Step 1: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil, sugar-free maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix together the cocoa powder and egg white powder. Pour the mixture into the coconut oil mixture and whisk until smooth.
Step 3: Pour the chocolate into molds of your choice and freeze for 20 minutes before serving.
Step 4: Enjoy!
