for 1 person
- 2 fresh bananas
- 80 g Light Digest Whey protein (banana)
- 64 g peanut butter
- 64 g light cheese
- 1 cup almond milk
- Chocolate pieces for decoration
Preparation
Step 1: Take 2 pieces of banana and blend them in a blender until smooth.
Step 2: Add the other ingredients to the blender and mix.
Step 3: Add milk if the mixture is too thick.
Step 4: You can put it in the freezer for 15 minutes if you want the shake to be more refreshing.
Step 5: Decorate as you wish.
